Step out of the 'mind-maze' and into resonance. This is a deep vibrational realignment using Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls as the conduit to clear the static of daily life. Accompanied by a uniquely channelled meditation, we use frequency healing to bypass the surface mind, leaving you feeling profoundly lighter and returned to your natural state of alignment. Preparing Your 'Nest' To fully surrender to the frequency, please prepare for your journey: Arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the energy. To protect the collective container, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We are on the Parish Hall floor (which has underfloor heating). To sustain your reset, bring a yoga/camping mat, duvet/sleeping bag, and pillows. The more cushioned you are, the deeper you can relax. Wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers or fluffy socks to stay cosy as your body temperature drops during the shift. Hydration: Bring water or tea to help you integrate after the session.
