My Journey to the Bridge

While my titles include Reiki Master Healer, Spiritual Guide, Aromatherapist and Author, these are simply labels I have earned whilst fulfilling my 'initially unknown' lifelong calling.

 

My path has been about navigating the experiences which I now teach to others, and was never about following a "dictated" or "political" version of Spirituality.

I am a true 'Expert-Through-Experience'!

 

My journey has been one of remembering who I am, feeling and listening to my intuition, doing the 'inner work', and reconnecting with the innate knowledge I'd always held within me to innerstand the true essence of my infinite Soul.

 

As a Life Path 7, I have always been a seeker of truth.

​

I created Perfect Therapies to assist others, as I realised that for healing to be permanent, it cannot just be surface-level. 

It must be grounded in the reality of our whole physical existence and therefore become a way of life.

 

This is why I further integrated Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and non-traditional counselling into the Reiki Master Healing, as I believe, we must clear the mental "Mind-Maze" before the Soul can be free to truly vibrate at its highest frequency.

My life is now a blend of sacred 'play' and the everyday requirements, with one foot in the 5D and the other in the 3D, as we are, afterall, Souls having in human form, having a 3D experience.

​

When I am not humbly facilitating a vibrational realignment or channelling for the next Sovereign Guide to awaken, I am Mum to two teenage boys, Reuben and Solomon.

They are my greatest teachers in the 'Now Moment' and patience!

 

Then, there is Arthur, our rare-breed Shire, who is more than just a Therapy Horse; he is a seven-hundred kg reminder of what it means to be grounded, powerful, and gentle all at once!

Caring for him, alongside our ginger cat Nala, keeps me grounded in reality and my feet firmly on the ground while my work reaches for the lofty Ethereal heights.

Our Soul Contract

If you are reading this, it's by no mistake, you have found your way here to grow and Ascend. There are no such things as accidents; everything is meant to be, exactly as it is!

I don’t offer surface-level fixes;  I offer a return to your true, original, Sovereign self.
