Came to the sound healing session last night. These sessions take me to another place. A place where I can get ‘answers’. I have been doing quite a lot of inner child meditations to heal stuff from the past, but it was leaving something missing. something I couldn’t seem to get an answer for.. the session last night gave me that answer. Thankyou so much. You are so intuitive. The sessions have been a revelation to me on how sound is so healing to the body.

When I arrived, Sarah explained what Reiki actually was, as I didn't really know much about it. She chatted about certain aspects of my life, which enabled her to understand why I had come for the session in the first place. Nothing was intrusive, and you could tell her however much you wanted.... but I was in there for rather a long time :)
The Reiki itself was a wonderful experience, which Sarah undertook with care and understanding. It was very relaxing and calming, lying on a heated bed with headphones over my ears, listening to Spa music. It took me to another place....I felt completely chilled afterwards.
I think it was Sarah herself who made the experience more enjoyable. Very knowledgeable, a great listener and someone who answered any questions i had. It was rather like a therapy. She was fabulous.

All in all, a very pleasant experience which I will definitely be doing again, and well worth the day trip to Heskin from Manchester.

Sarah is amazing 😁 I've struggled with back issues for years. I went for a massage from her, and after a chat beforehand she added a bit of Reiki healing too, and I was almost pain free for weeks after. Now I go every couple of months or so for a top-up just to keep the niggles at bay. I feel so much better.

I started going to Sarah monthly in January 2023, as I have had an extremely painful back ever since having my little boy in 2021. I tried painkillers, physio, and  I’ve had X-rays, and nothing was helping to relieve the pain I was experiencing. Sarah seriously has MAGIC hands. My pain has reduced massively, and I feel so much better in myself. She’s a lovely lady who is passionate about the work she does, and I wouldn’t go to anybody else now for a massage!! I was literally unable to walk, suffering incredible pain in my right knee where I have advanced osteoarthritis. One 20-minute session of Reiki with her last week, and I walked out of her clinic pain-free and am still walking !! I don’t know how it works, but it does, so she will be my go-to for anything and everything from now on. Thank you so much, Sarah. I have been singing your praises ever since, and have met others you have successfully treated also ❤️

Sarah listens and the talk was very enlightening. Thoroughly enjoyed the Reiki and felt absolutely uplifted for days! Will definitely recommend.

I received distance Reiki healing from Sarah. Her way of healing helped me a lot in clearing a lot of negative vibrations that were suppressing me in recent years. I'm so glad I went to see Sarah for my Reiki. She is the most gentle, kind soul. She lets you know everything which is to happen and makes you perfectly comfortable and at ease, and every question is answered (her rooms are scrupulously clean as well, I just wanted to add).
