Ascension Healing Programme with Sarah: Going beyond the surface level. In an Ascension session, we look at the 'why' behind the 'weight' you carry. Getting to the root cause of your burdens. Using an intuitive blend of Reiki Master Healing, guided counselling and whole-istic therapies, we don't just paint over the cracks, we tear down the walls and rebuild the foundations! This is so the soul stops repeating old patterns and cycles, and so you can finally step into your truest, high-vibrational version of self. Sessions are anything between two and four hours, client-dependent, and also include a Reiki Master Healing Session. Note; It is highly likely that more than one session will be required - susequent sessions will be shorter.
