SOUND HEALING MEDITATION

An hour's sound healing meditation, where we clear away the mental and physical static and soothe the nervous system through the resonance of the crystal quartz sound bowls.

Accompanied by a uniquely channelled meditation, we use frequency healing and energy realignment throughout the session, leaving you feeling lighter and rested.
