Monthly Sound Bath Meditation

Service Description

An hour's sound healing meditation with Sarah. Providing a relaxing meditative experience with clear Quartz singing bowls for frequency healing and energy realignment. Please; *Arrive 10 minutes before the start for essential housekeeping and settling (any latecomers may have to be refused entry - apologies in advance) ***Bring a yoga or camping mat, duvet/sleeping bag/ blanket and pillow. *Wear something comfortable and bring an extra layer/fluffy socks to be cosy. *Bring some water or tea with you.
