This ‘Ascension’ Guide has been created to provide unique learning tools for those navigating their Spiritual Awakening. 
 
It is intended to help us understand that there is much more to our existence than we previously thought.
 
The guide originates from subject matter arising from several years of one-to-one sessions with existing clients, whilst operating as a Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master Healer, Spiritual Activator, Light Worker, Grief and Spiritual Counsellor, Intuitive Card Reader, Spiritual Channeller and Aromatherapist.
 
The guide is based around traditional Counselling models merged with RTT expertise. Several ‘expert through experience’ Awakenings, all integrated beautifully with the Spiritually channelled teachings from the Universe. 
 
I am not a Doctor. These findings are based on my lived experiences, both personal and professional.
